I got my 200-hour certification and promptly sat on it, doing nothing with it. Despite having an intense yearning to share the exact teachings that so deeply fueled my growth, I was left in a place of doubt, confusion, and questioning why me?

Fast forward through a painful few years and I’m now working full-time as a yoga teacher & mentor. I’m connecting with students daily because I decided to use my insecurities of how I looked, and feeling like I didn’t know enough as my purpose.

I’ve been an entrepreneur since 2015 with expertise in multiple fields including SEO, freelance writing, affiliate marketing, and teaching at top studios from Bali to Canada. My writing has been sought-out for publications such as Yoga Journal, World Nomads, and The Huffington Post. Now, I blend my background in vinyasa, yin, and embodied yoga (somatics) to help students & teachers uncover their confidence & follow their dreams.

Are the sessions in-person or online?
All calls are online. Please have a space where you can practice yoga and/or meditate and speak to the camera.
What happens during each session?
Each session included with a tailored somatic yoga, meditation, and/or Pranayama exercise. The remaining time is spent moving through blocks you are facing, practicing actionable tips, or reviewing homework from the previous session.
What's the time commitment?
Each session is one hour and are designed to be completed weekly. I understand that life happens and if sessions can't be done weekly you have a total of 6 months to use your sessions.
What's included?
Each session includes a recording of the session, homework to further your self-awareness, a tailored practice to your current needs, and individualized coaching.

Discovery students get additional 1-on-1 support for 60 days, starting after the first call. This support includes access to me anytime from Monday-Friday to help you move through tough spots between sessions.
Can I get a refund?
No. If something unexpected comes up client situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate course of action that is best for both parties.
Are there payment plans?
Yes! You may opt to pay monthly for a total of 2 payments.

Sacred Exploration is designed with the new yoga teacher in mind. If you have your 200-hour certification or have started teaching but lack confidence then this program is ideal for you! We cover everything from teaching techniques to business hurdles and dealing with topics such as anxiety and fear. Your students and family will notice a difference!
